©2020 Zoomers to Boomers

We are Generation Z and we are here to help

Easy, fast, and safe grocery delivery for the elderly and immunocompromised.

Since last week, the number of grocery requests has gone up dramatically, leading to our volunteers spending entire days in grocery stores. We are trying to reach the most clients as possible but also decrease the time our volunteers spend in stores, due to the inherent risk. We hope you will consider Gladdens, The Berry Man, Foodland, and Holdren’s.  We still plan to offer a limited number of grocery store runs each week, but will do this only in a way that keeps our volunteers safe. Thank you for understanding.

We deliver to Goleta, Santa Barbara, Montecito, and Summerland.

COVID-19 is much more dangerous to older people and those who have underlying health conditions. This forces many people in our community to stay isolated in their homes without access to groceries.

We have assembled a team of young people looking to help our community and deliver groceries to our neighbors who are elderly or immunocompromised. We have some flexibility with grocery stores at which we shop so please let us know and we will do the best we can. Please note that during the pandemic, it's possible that certain items will be out of stock. We will do the best we can for you.

You can reimburse us for your groceries at the time of delivery by Venmo, check, or cash. No delivery fee or tips are necessary. We are happy to help.

Information on our safety procedures can be found here.

    Saturday&Sunday: No deliveries

Due to the high volume of requests, please only make one order per week.

We will offer a limited number of specialized grocery store deliveries each week, as we try to minimize the number of times our volunteers enter grocery stores. If you have a need for 1-3 nonperishable items from a grocery store such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc feel free to message us at ZotBSantaBarbara@gmail.com  Please include your name, contact phone number, and street address. We will compile all these requests and try to fill them each week as a bulk order.

Once we reach our week’s limit, we will contact those who we cannot serve to let you know to either choose other options or to give you an estimated date of delivery in the following weeks.
